JobInbox is a job tracking and organization tool designed to help you save job links, track application statuses, organize notes, and set search reminders. JobInbox is a productivity tool only; it is not a job placement agency and does not apply to jobs on behalf of the user.
2. Disclaimer of Guarantees
- No Employment Guarantees: JobInbox does not guarantee employment opportunities, interview offers, or specific outcomes for any job application you track on the platform.
- Accuracy of Deadlines: While the service provides tools to help you track application milestones, JobInbox does not guarantee the accuracy of job listing deadlines. Users are solely responsible for checking the original job postings, instructions, and deadlines.
3. AI-Generated Content
JobInbox utilizes artificial intelligence to parse and summarize job postings. AI-extracted information, keywords, and requirements may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Users should review and verify all critical details directly from the original job listing.
4. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities
Users must not misuse the service. You agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content, or engage in behavior that attempts to disrupt or abuse the service's infrastructure.
5. Reminder Delivery
JobInbox provides optional email and Telegram reminder notifications. Because reminder workflows run periodically and depend on third-party communication channels, the delivery time and receipt of reminders may vary. Reminders should not be relied upon as a sole means of tracking critical deadlines.
6. Account Termination and Deletion
You have the right to stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Doing so will remove your personal data and saved jobs in accordance with our Privacy Policy. JobInbox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
