1. Information We Collect

To provide our job tracking and organization services, JobInbox collects certain information when you interact with our platform:

• Account Data: We collect your name, email address, and profile picture. This information may be provided directly via email/password sign-in or automatically imported when you sign in using external identity providers.
• Google Sign-In: If you use Google sign-in, JobInbox only requests and uses basic profile information, specifically your name, email address, and profile picture.
• LinkedIn Sign-In: If LinkedIn sign-in is enabled and you choose to use it, JobInbox may receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile photo, depending on the permissions granted and what LinkedIn provides.
• Saved Job Data: We store the job-related information you input or import, including job URLs, job descriptions, company names, job titles, notes, deadlines, follow-up dates, application statuses, salary details, skills, keywords, and AI-generated summaries.
• Telegram Integration Data: If you choose to connect your Telegram account for reminders, we store your Telegram chat ID. We do not collect or store any other information from your Telegram account.

2. What We Do Not Access

We respect your privacy and limit our data collection. Specifically:

• Google Data: JobInbox does not access, read, or write to your Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar data. When you use our Google Calendar button, we generate standard web calendar links only; we do not connect to or read your calendar accounts.
• LinkedIn Data: JobInbox does not access your LinkedIn posts, LinkedIn messages, LinkedIn connections, employment history, or education history.

3. How We Process Data

• AI Processing: Pasted or fetched job descriptions and URLs may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers. This processing is done solely to extract structured job details, skills, and summaries for your dashboard.
• Email Reminders: We send reminders and notifications via email only if you have explicitly enabled email reminders in your settings.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain control over your data. You can delete your account at any time. Initiating the account deletion flow will permanently remove all account-related application data, including your profile, saved jobs, and configuration settings, from our active databases.
